Home Staging®
Staging® is the process of preparing a home for sale, regardless of price or location. Using a proven, professional set of guidelines, your house is reviewd for compliance with preset standards, and any necessary modifications are made.

As an Accredited Staging Professional™, Kathryn O'Connor will work with Realtors® and homeowners to prepare homes for sale. The fact is that Staged® homes sell more quickly and for a higher price.

That’s why Staging® has become essential in today’s real estate market. A home that shows well is more appealing to potential buyers and will sell faster and for a better  price. Staging® a home prior to placing it on the market is the most effective way to achieve this goal.  

We work with a 3-step process. First, a consultation will be conducted and a detailed, personalized list of recommendations will be provided to you. Then, some work may need to be done which you can choose to do yourselves, or have us do it for you. The final step involves us coming back to your home to Stage® it.
